Education: Certified Diploma in Massage Therapy at New Hampshire Community College, Certified Diploma in Massage Therapy at Sea Coast Career Schools, Associate's Degree in Business Administration & Science at Hesser College and pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Science at Mount Washington College.
Philosophy on Healing: I am a professional and have 24 years of experience, who has very strong work ethics with standards in operating in a professional business within the scope of practice; being responsible in every aspect and practice safe draping. I am detail oriented, well organized, positive, caring, respectful, warm, nurturing, having built good rapport by connecting with people with empathy and trust, knowledge, responsibility and reliability.
Building rapport, and trust established with having a safe environment; meeting my client's expectations by going above and beyond to meet their individual goals and their individual needs are very important to me in order to deliver exceptional service to all of my clients to ensure they have an overall exceptional experience.
I enjoy working with people to create a health & wellness rehabilitation and maintenance treatment plan to reach their goals to be healthy for their overall wellness.
This has been my goal to help others in a natural way with therapeutic massage instead of using medications by linking massage therapy in mental and physical health in order to help others.
It is essential for your overall health and wellness in order to feel your best. I enjoy helping others to help them balance their lives with a healthier lifestyle including stretches and to help being less painful in which reduces stress on the body in which helps with putting your mind at ease and lifts your spirits. Jessica is always a pleasure to work with! She has a very comfortable setup that is sure to keep you relaxed. She can easily adjust to your needs whether you want a light massage or need a deep tissue massage. Having served in the US Army for 6 years, she has helped relieve pounds of stress and knots from my shoulders from hundreds of miles of ruck marching. Highly recommend!

BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD! WOOWWW JUST WOW. Absolutely AMAZING! Jessica was an absolute PLEASURE! Her hands are magical healers. I was referred by a friend and now have referred everyone at my company plus family! She has AMAZING deals for new clients and is so loyal and sweet. So professional and my body felt brand new after! I recently discovered Jessica, and I'm soooo glad I did. She's been doing this a long time, and has perfected her craft. And with her package deals that make it especially affordable, you absolutely cannot get a better massage for a better price imo. Plus she's so nice, and easy to talk to. She makes you feel comfortable, and will ask throughout if everything feels ok. She offers different types of massages too, and I'm very much looking forward to trying something new.

Jessica was exceptional - one of the BEST deep tissue massages I've ever had... Great level of pressure and ensured her pressure was good for me, used stretching techniques that really complemented the massage and her approach was so therapeutic. My range of motion was so improved right after. BEAUTIFUL room too

I was way overdue for a massage. Back and shoulder were full of knots and tightness until I met Jessica. Her deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. She has great hands and super nice personality. Her place feels super homey and comfortable. I would def recommend.
